Introduction to the Symons cone crusher

Symons cone crusher is also called CS series cone srusher with high-efficient,which have become the most common crusher in the cone crusher series. Symons cone crusher with high-efficiency is developed by China mining equipment Co.,Ltd on the basis 0f world technology and the practical requirements of the customers .And Symons cone crusher adopts the layer crushing principle and developing idea of little grinding and more crushing .And now Symons cone crusher has become a modern high-performance crusher with high-frequency swing ,multi-optimized cavities and reasonable stroke .

Working Principle of Symons Cone Crusher

During the operation of CS Series cone crusher ,driven by the electric-motor ,the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt,small and big bevel gear,big bear,transmission shaft .Driven by the eccentric shaft bush ,the cone crusher axis will move circlely ,which makes the mantle close or leave the cone from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continously compacting, striking,and crooking in the circle crushing cavity between the fixed and moveable cone. After several times’ repeating ,the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening.
